I received my package damaged, what do I do?

Sorry, we will do everything possible to solve the problem as soon as possible!

In the packaging of our products, we pay great attention to the utmost care. A damaged package is therefore rather rare, but this case can still happen. If you are affected by this problem, just let us know.

So do not worry, we will do our best to solve the problem as quickly and efficiently as possible - with the least amount of work for you.

1) Send us a small photo of the damaged article by email to: happy@kokko.net

2) We will respond to you as soon as possible and will send you a replacement for the defect part or product.
